Specific Training

Crew members are instructed to wear hardhats, safety glasses, safety vests, and hard-tipped shoes at job sites as required. All personnel are taught about the chain of command,

including one-on-one communication with fellow workers and other customer and subcontractor employees.

All of our personnel are trained on any potential safety hazard either in their immediate working area, or something observed outside their immediate working area. In either case, the personnel is explained that they may be exposing themselves to a hazardous situation and that they must immediately report any noted incident to their supervisor.

Another specific area of safety training includes product dilution and mixing of one product with another. The personnel is made aware of either dangerous chemical reactions, or the results of improperly diluted products.

The specialty classroom training received by construction cleaning personnel in this division at our corporate location, focuses on equipment and product usage, including safety issues such as fluid product “mixing”, and general MSDS data review.

Teams are thoroughly trained on how to correctly clean a construction site.

• All crew members must complete OSHA training that qualifies them to work on a construction site setting.
• Our Management staff too must pass OSHA extensive training to be qualified to supervise crew members on a construction site. All supervisors and safety managers passed the 30 hr. OSHA safety class.
• We have daily toolbox safety meetings with the crew.
• Signature has a written safety manual.
• We use OSHA 300 logs.

With appropriate supervision, we have the ability to provide large numbers of labor crews as may be required by the general contractor. All our managers and supervisors speak English and Spanish. We have provided final cleaning services for jobs from 5,000 square feet to over 3 million square feet.
